Insights collector is not running yet. It will populate once Phase 02 (auto-publish) goes live via Instagram Graph API and the daily polling cycle starts.

INTERIM

For now: the dashboard generates, runs QA, you publish manually and paste the permalink at /panel/piece/[id]. Metrics come from native Instagram until Meta unlocks Page connection.
